THE RESURRECTION POWER PART 2

There are some who deny the resurrection of the body, saying that the post-resurrection product will be a spirit only. 1 Corinthians 15:44 says it is raised a spiritual body, not a spirit without a body. In 1 Corinthians 15:35, there are two questions: (a) with what body do they come? (b) How are the dead raised? The answers  are 1 Corinthians 15. It is not the same body, but a transformed one, just as the plant is different from the seed that was planted(v.37). it is a God given body. It will be a body suited in every way to the individual spirit (v 38). It will be an incorruptible body incapable of death or decay. (V.42). those condemned in hell will have this indestructible body because the normal human body will just disintegrate in hell. It will be a glorious body for christian and a body with power.

Believers beg and cry and plead with God to perform wonders for them, but God has already made full provision for them in every area of life through Jesus Christ. After Jesus rose again from the dead he said to the Church, " All power and authority has been given unto you both in heaven and in earth" matt. 28:18. Then he ascended on high and sat down at the right hand of the father.
After Jesus ascended on high, he sent the holy Spirit to be with his people. And he gave us, the body of Christ, the power of attorney to use his name to receive whatever we need. Jesus also gave us his word with all those great and mighty promises. And he gave us the Holy spirit as the power behind his name to deliver us and set us free.

SUCESSFUL CHRISTAIN MARRIAGE

A successful marriage is based on genuine heart agreement of the couple. They must be willing to establish a Christian home with the husband as head of the home, the wife a pleasant helpmate and with the family alter. The marriage must be based on lifetime anticipation. Marriage is not an experiment for a short time. It is permanent (Ephesians 5:25; Titus 2:4). Marriage is the oldest institution; Christians may only marry Christians in God’s sight 2 Corinthians 6:14-17. A Christian marriage is an institution where parents are bound together by Christian love, where children are happy and instructed with scriptures, where the lord Jesus is not only the supposed Head of the home but the actual Head and where parents and children gather daily for family worship. A Christian marriage is the marriage that radiates Christ, welcomes strangers and dispenses hospitality. The Christian marriage is the backbone of the nation, the salt of civilization and the glory of the Christian church. Christian marriage is the hope of the youths.
The secret of a successful marriage is in the family altar where Christ is crowned as Head. Love is another secret of a successful Christian home. Hebrews 12:6. God’s law and standard does not change, Any Christian who breaks his marriage vows is therefore playing with fire. A Christian marriage must be displined (i.e. being on guard against the devil on daily basis).   To be disciplined means: not to be entangled with worldly affairs or devilish suggestions. Living exemplary life for God’s glory. Our marriage will be successful in Jesus name, Amen.

When you walk in the love of God there is nothing you cannot go through. Exodus chp 14 vs 20-21. The love of God is so big that we cannot compare. CHOSEN FOR A PURPOSE

God has chose us for service. He did not choose us to be lazy. He has also chosen us to go out and win souls for him. God has chosen you to silence those who can come and boast in his presence. We know the story of  David and Goliath in 1 Sam. 17: 42-47. it is those of us who are chosen that God will use to silence the devil. He chose us for us to worship him in truth and spirit. He has also chosen us to be holy. This does not mean that there would be no temptations. In the story of Joseph temptation came but he overcome it because he was a child of destiny. Gen. 39:7-12.

God has chosen you to be special not because of your beauty, wealth or education but because he loves you. God has chosen you to confound the enemy and to praise him.
We are chosen for a purpose ask your self have i been chosen for? I pray God will open our eyes of understanding to know why we have been chosen. LUK. 21:19; ROM.5:3-4, JAM.5:7-8, HEB. 10:36.
For any christian who wants to run the christian race well and finish well you must have humility and patience.

WOMEN IN THE SERVICE OF GOD IN THIS END TIME

1 COR 9:16: Women in this end time speaking the truth. the Samaritan woman in the bible no one showed her love but when she came in contact with Jesus she became an evangelist. There are many Samaritan women among us who have not heard about the truth. we know about Mary Magdalene in the bible but Jesus for once did not condemn her, rather Jesus showed her love. she was the first to see Jesus on the day of resurrection. There are some Samaritan women close to you that no one has ever shown love or care, you see them going to the club not because they are happy going there most of them go to club because no hope for them; We as women in the service of God lets try to preach love, because Jesus is love. That is why he came to give us hope by dying for us. When you condemn the prostitute how then can they come to Jesus? please be curious about them and tell them about the love of God. Jesus don't count our sins. Hebrew 8:12. Jesus love the prostitute, they should come as they are Jesus is ready to accept them because he said he will remember there sin no more. We also need to encourage them with the word of God.

As a woman in the service of God in this end time you must have passion for people not someone that makes trouble, because when you are someone that makes trouble everywhere, no one will tell you what he/she is going through.

God has given women the spirit of patient. For instance watch in our homes when you have the children with our husbands they can't stay with them throughout but you as a mother you can patiently stay with the children throughout the day. So we need to be patient with our new converts. I pray that God will help us.

RAISING YOUR CHILDREN

HOW TO BRING UP YOUR CHILDREN WITH A DIFFERENCE

1. Speak positive words into the lives of your children
2. Give your children the best education you can.
3. Teach your children the fear of the lord. Gen 39 vs 9.
4. Be best of friends and a good counselor to your children.
5. Spare not the rod. (proverb 23:13)

For any child to have  a glorious destiny, God must be in total control of such life. Mothers, rise and speak light into the lives of your children and i can assure you that every form of darkness will give way.
We also have responsibility to intercede for the salvation of our children. That they were born into christian homes does not automatically make them born again. They must be ministered to in order for them to accept Jesus as their personal lord and Savior.
When a child is always speaking things that do not glorify God, that strange spirit is at work. When a godly and brilliant child suddenly becomes dull and wild overnight; it is the fruit of strange spirit. Our children's heart needs to be circumcised for them to develop unwavering love for God which in turn will make them love their parents especially at old age when such parents need them more. Your tomorrow is your offspring. in this perverse world, you need God who is able to perfect them and bring them to a better tomorrow with a difference. 2 timothy 3:1-7.

When you bring your child to God the child will blossom. (ps2:5)
When you bring your child to God the child becomes blessed (ps13:22)
When you bring your child to God the child's destiny becomes secure
The child becomes a Genius
The child becomes broken in spirit and teachable(Matt 3:3-8)

UNFORGIVING ATTITUDE

An unforgiving  attitude is someone that carries hatred for his brother or sister. An unforgiving spirit can lead to malice, retaliation, killing, picking offence, offending God.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FORGIVING MASTER AND UNFORGIVING SERVANT.
Matt: 18: 21-25
1. The king set him free from the debt of ten thousand talents but he put his debtors into prison for owing only hundred denari. Matt. 18: 24, 28.
2. The master was merciful but the servant was not.
3. The master showed compassion on the servant but the servant did not show compassion on his debtor.
4. The king was patient with the servant but the servant was not patient with his debtor.
5.The king forgave all the debts of the servant but the servant insisted that his debtor should pay all the debt.

When you refuse to forgive someone who offends you, you also will not be forgiven.
Unforgiving attitude makes heaven rejects your gifts
Unforgiving attitude hinders answers to prayers. Matt.6:15
Unforgiving attitude invokes the wrath of God and makes him to hand you over to tormentors. Prov. 11:21
Unforgiving attitude brings a harvest of evil deeds done to your offender upon you. Matt. 18:30-34.
Unforgiving attitude makes someone a candidate for hell.
Unforgiving attitude prevents you from benefiting from the cleansing power of Jesus. 1 Jhn 1:7-9.

"But if ye forgive not men their trespasses neither will your father forgive your trespasses."

4. keep your focus on the word of God. prov 4: 20-23

Mathew 14:23-33
Faith made peter walk on water but doubt made him to sink.
Doubt makes the storm/wind look boisterous but faith makes it to calm/cease. Doubt is like a cover which may not allow someone to see Christ in a storm but faith opens the eyes to discover that the lord is near.

CONTINUATION OF SECRETS OF HIGH FLIERS BY PST PAUL ENECHE

On the other hand, people that are purposeless are valueless. Daniel wasn't a time or life waster. He knew what he was alive for, and he achieved it.

2. UNHIDDEN SPIRITUALITY AND PRAYERFULNESS. Daniel had an unhidden life of spirituality and prayerfulness. In Daniel 6:10 after decree was issued that nobody should make petition or pray to any God or man, safe the king, Daniel opened his windows towards Jerusalem and prayed as at other times.

you see, spirituality is key to authority. And prayerfulness is key to usefulness. You can't be prayerful and be useless on earth. You cannot have spirituality and end as a nonentity. Your spiritual base determines your destiny base. In Mathew chp 6:33, we were admonished to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and these things will be added to us.

Some may choose to ask, what about people who do not know God and are still doing well in life. You need to go close to such people to find out how ''well'' they are actually doing. You will be appalled by the level of insecurity, fear, instability and miseries that characterize their lives. Such people may have to enter into dangerous ''occultic'' or diabolical covenants to sustain the so-called success. You may not hesitate to have a rethink if you see the other side of ''success'' without God.

Beloved don't envy anybody who appears ''successful'' without knowing God because that ''success'' is a failure and calamity is disguise. You shall have good success in Jesus Name. Amen.

Remember this: your spiritual base determines your destiny base.

SECRETS OF HIGH FLIERS BY PST PAUL ENECHE

DANIEL CHP 1:8. But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.

A high-flier is a high achiever. He is a highly successful person or somebody who seems destined for great achievement in life. such a person rises quickly to a position of wealth or success.

As children of God, we are meant to be high fliers in life. This is because the plan of god is to set us on high in our career or field of endeavor  that is why our Master, Jesus Christ says in the fifth Chapter of Mathew verse fourteen, ye are the light of the world. A city that is set in an hill cannot be hid. In essence, we are meant to occupy the top most top in life. As a child of God, you are not supposed to be struggling for rubbish with pigs, you are a lion meant to roar and scatter preys. Beloved, God created you to occupy lofty places in life. you are designed by God to be a high flier.

However, there are certain keys to existing as a high flier in life. Such are the secrets of a man like Daniel in our scripture says, Daniel purposed in his heart... ' this means Daniel was a man of purpose. And people of purpose are people of power.  A purposeful man, therefore, is a valuable man because power attracts value.

(PLEASE CONTINUE FROM THE PART TWO AND REMAIN BLESS)

HAVE FAITH

Some believers tend to compromise and abandon their faith in the face of confrontations and trials of life. The loss of faith, is the ruin of destiny. HEBREW chp 11:1 "says faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen".That is just definition of Faith. David was a man who faced danger, confrontation on every side and yet was untouchable. That is to say, there is nothing that can stand before the power of faith. There is nothing that faith cannot tackle. With faith, David was able to conquer Goliath in 1 Samuel 17:46. When he came face to face with Goliath he said, ' This day will the lord deliver thee into mine hand; and i will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and i will give the carcases of the host of the philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Isreal. David was a man that always speak positive, i don't know what you are going through declare with faith that it is well. in Jesus name. Amen. in LUKE chp 22 vs 31-32 And the lord said simon, simon, behold, satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But i have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Believers of Jesus Christ let us try and grow our FAITH in the lord. That is our spiritual currency.
Don't allow what you are going through in life close your mouth because a closed mouth is a closed destiny.
Make sure you always speak positive no matter what you are seeing in front of you either Bad or Good.

GOD'S WORD IS SO PROFITING

But why is it that the word does not produce profits in the lives of many? This is because it is possible for someone to hear the word with one ear and it goes out through the other. It is not the word you read or listen to that changes you, but the word that enters your spirit. The word of God is calculated for the profit of his people, your contact with the word, therefore, is contact with profit. There is profit in accessing the word of God, you don't access profit from God's word by just reading and memorizing it. The word of God must not just remain in your mind or brain, but sink into your spirit for it to profit you well. It is not the word you read or listen to that changes you, but the word that enters your spirit. ISAIAH 48:17. Thus saith the lord, thy redeemer, the holy one of Isreal; I am the lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. For example a smell of food cannot satisfy your hunger so it is the word of God must first enter your spirit before you can access the reality of its profit.

My brethren let us study the word of God with the expectation of profits and also let the word of God settle in your spirit whenever you read or listen to it. When you are a carrier of God's word the enemy will be afraid to attack you because the word of God is power. As a believer of the gospel the word of God is your weapon.

How often do you study the word of God?

God help us. Amen.

STORY OF ANGELS

Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family. The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the mansion's guest room. Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement. As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it. When the younger angel asked why, the older angel replied, Things aren't always what they seem" The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife. After sharing what little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night's rest. When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field. The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel how could you have let this happen? The first man had everything, yet you helped him, she accused. The second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die. "Things aren't always what they seem," the older angel replied. "When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the owner was so obessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn't find it." Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife i gave him the cow instead. Things aren't always what they seem." Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don't turn out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust that every out come is always to your advantage. You just might not know it until some time later.... Some people come into our lives and quickly go.. Some people become friends and stay awhile.. leaving beautiful footprints on your hearts... and we are never quite the same because we have made a good friend. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present.

YOU HAVE BEEN REDEEMED FROM THE CURSE

WHAT IS REDEMPTION: Redemption means to buy back by paying a ransom. Or being free from bondage.

GALATIANS CHP 3VS13 SAYS '' But Christ has rescued (Redeemed) us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing". for it is written in the scriptures, " Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.
As  Believers we are free from the law of Sin and death, We are free from sickness and disease, the curse of poverty.

Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved(redeemed). But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned" (mark 16 vs 16) Anyone, who acknowledges Jesus as his or her personal lord and Savior is rescued from the curse of sin and death and will spend eternity with God in heaven. But anyone that rejects this supreme sacrifice offered to set humanity free from the curse of the law by Jesus will remain under the terrible yoke of the curse of sickness and poverty on earth and spend eternity with the devil in hell. Jesus is the way of escape out of the share of sicknesses and diseases, challenges of life, poverty and eternal death. Acknowledge him now as your lord and Savior and serve him whole-heartedly while you live.

PROVOKING YOUR CHANGE

ISAIAH CHP 38 VS 1-8: When you are in the presence of God you provoke the miracle of God. You must have a reason why God will relocate you from that position you are. God can over rule himself for your sake.
He overruled himself in the life of Hezekiah in Isaiah chp 38:5.
Even in the life of Eli.

Mathew Chp 15vs 21-28. The faith of a Canaanite woman, she experience Jesus and got what she was looking for. She also have faith so for us to experience a change we must have FAITH.
To have a change you must have have the spiritual information inside.
You must also Believe God.
You must also be steadfast in prayer.
You must have humility in you: We must be humble if really we want to provoke our change. If it were to be some of us we can't humble our self the way the Canaanite woman humbled herself.
You must be someone that is ready to offer him/her self to the things of God. Hezekiah offered himself to work with God.
You must also see yourself as a special person.
You must see yourself as a peculiar person.
You must be well positioned.
You must see yourself as a choosen person to provoke your change.

IT IS WELL. GOD WILL CHANGE YOU TO A BETTER LEVEL IN THE NAME OF JESUS AMEN.

HOW TO DEAL WITH DOUBT

Every child of God have one time or the other wondered If Jesus Christ is truly who he says he is? Yes he is what he says he is that is why is name is called I AM THAT I AM.

1.   Way to deal with doubt is to remember what God has done for you or what he has done in the past.  psalm 103 vs 1-5,  1samuel chp 17 vs 32-37

2.  Have a correct view/perspective of God. 2king chp 7 vs 1-20. Mary knew what God can do Luke chp 1vs 1-8

3.  Check your foundation matt chp 7 vs 22-24

4.   Check your commitment to God John chp 4 vs 8, in praises, in worship, in the place of prayer, your talents, your resources etc. How much time do you spend for God. Psalm 68 vs 1

5.  Check your growth: How often do you read your bible? What are you doing for God? Are you still feeding on milk or are you eating meat now? 2king 4 vs 1-7

LIVING IN AN EXCELLENT WAY AS A LEADER

One of my pastor, Pastor Babasola Olukoya once told me When you're successful, you gain the applause of everyone around you. the applause messages your ego and begins to substitute for the fulfillment of meeting personal standards. If you are not careful, you can develop an addiction to applause. Instead of pursuing excellence you play to the crowd, craving their adoration. Seeking popularity over principle, you allow others to measure excellence for you and to define your worth.

To avoid the trap of pandering to applause, surround yourself with people who tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear. The highest you go in leadership, the harder it becomes for your teammates to give you honest feedback. Make a point to stay humble and approachable so that you do not become self-deluded. He also said  As a leader, you will be criticized. You'll be scrutinized, second-guessed, and disparaged. Don't confuse excellence with pleasing others. If you do, you will always feel like failure, because it's impossible to please all of the people all of the time. Stay true to your personal standards and don't sacrifice them to pacify your critics.

I really hold on to this word, I believe someone also is taking a point from this.

KNOWING JESUS

PHILIPPIANS CHP 3 VS 1-10

Paul said that i may know him. When you are born into the family of God you are circumcised by the spirit of   God. Paul says in Vs 5 he was circumcised the eighth day of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin an Hebrew of the Hebrews, as touching the law, a pharisees.

You cannot know God by your five senses, you can only know him through the spirit. Colosian chp 2vs6-8. The riteousness of the old testament was by conduct, the riteousness of the new testament is by Jesus or grace, is the resurrection that empower Jesus and believers that is why Paul said that i may know him, and the power of his ressurection (Vs 10a). You must walk in the spirit to know God.

When a believer says he/she has known God he will leave the person but when you say you don't know him he should help you to know him, he will come close to you for you to know him. That is why Jesus was born into the law to fulfill the law for us. When you accept the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus you are free from every sin nature (not condemned) but when you don't accept the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus you are still under sin(condemned) John chp 3 vs 17-18, Romans chp 5:6 (why we are yet sinners Christ died for us). Romans chp 5:12-15, Jesus Christ is the only solution to sin.

When you know Christ you begin to reign. Knowing somebody is getting attached to that person that is knowing God you are attached to him. I pray God will help us to know him. Amen

EVANGELISM AND ITS CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS IN THE CORPORATE WORLD

1 WHAT IS EVANGELISM?
2. WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE IN EVANGELISM?
3   HOW DO YOU EVANGELISM?
4.  WHAT DOES SALVATION MEANT TO YOU?
5.  WHAT ARE EVANGELISM REQUIREMENT?

1. Evangelism is the act of winning soul to God. (16:15-16). Evangelism can also be defined as the act of presenting gospel to an unbelievers in the power of the holy spirit  with a view to bring them to accept Jesus Christ as lord and Saviour and to nurture them to maturity until Christ is truly formed in them so that they bear fruits for Christ.

2. The sinners must be made to witness true salvation.
it should be done by church, because unsaved person cannot win souls
it is an activity because it requires action to be achieved

3.  prayer- prayer is the master key to all challenges of life. winning soul is through the power of the holy spirit. it's not by your own power.prayer must be done before embarking on the journey of winning souls. let God go ahead of you and it shall be easy for you to perform the task.

4. your presence, your proclamation, your persuasion, your participation, your money etc.

THE VISIONARY LEADER PART 4

A visionary leader is a "can do" person. He is God confident, bold and acts by faith. To some people, he is a risk taker. clearly, vision is a gift of faith in action. The bible says in Genesis 12.1 that the lord told Abraham,"Get thee out of thy country and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that i will shew you. Before Abraham left with  his wife and Lot, he had faith to see the land God was taking him to and made those with him to follow. A visionary leader begins with one step of faith.

Success means doing the best we can with what we have.
Success   is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us.

wise leaders set personal standards of excellence rather than allowing external forces to define success. or failure for them.

THE VISIONARY LEADER PART 3

The visionary leader is a leader and a coach combined but with the compassionate nature of christ. The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in his book "carriers of his power" says that there is a major difference between the leader and the coach. The leader is someone who shows you what to do and then merely advises you to do it. Also, the leader goes in front and calls you to follow him. The coach holds your hand and compels you to move forward with him.

CHARACTERISTICS OF A VISIONARY LEADER

1. Absolute Faith
A visionary leader must hold on to luke 13.7 that "for with God, nothing shall be impossible" and Genesis 1814(a) " Is there any thing too hard for the lord?" He believes that the impossible or the probable can become possible. A visionary leader must have faith, because  with faith, things are not physically seen, when pictured in the mind, become real. He believes that as Gods follower, he cannot walk in ignorance and darkness. Jesus said in john 8.12, "I am the light of the world. He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life. "when the leader follows christ, his mind is illuminated to make the future clear. After creating the heaven and earth in Genesis 11, the next creation of God was light (Gen 13)    light represent vision- the light and vision of the mind.Unless the light of God shines in the heart of the leader, he cannot see far. pictures are the visual language of the holy spirit. God often speaks in pictures to leaders. for example Isaiah 11 says "the vision of Isaiah, the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah....."God reveals his blue print to leaders, so that they can see.

JESUS IS KNOCKING

THE VISIONARY LEADER PART 2

A visionary church leader from the above definitions is not a boss who drives his workers and members. He depends on his goodwill and inspiration to make others to follow, not on authority. The visionary leader explains, shows how it is done and says "let go" and not "go". Robert K. Greenleaf in his book, "The servant as leader" said "foresight is the lead that the leader has. Once he loses this lead, and events start to force his hand, he is a leader in name only. He is not leading, he is reacting to immediate event and he is probably not long been a leader."

With vision, a leader is on a mission and a contagious spirit is felt among the crowd until others begin to rise along the leader. Someone was asked, "What would be worse than being blind"."she replied, "to have sight without vision. "Unfortunately, there are many leaders without vision. Great leaders possess two main things. They know where they are going and they are able to persuade others to follow.
What you see is what you can be. The vision makes the leader and not the other way round. people do not follow a vision in itself, but follow the leader who has the vision and able to communicate that dream effectively. Most of the things people learn at church, home, school, etc are through visual, i.e the things they see. This is also true about spiritual seeing (vision). John Maxwell in ultimate leadership mentions four vision level of people. They are:

1.       some people never see it. (They are wanderers)
2.       some people see it but never pursue it on their own. (They are followers)
3.       Some people see it and pursue it. (They are achievers)
4.       Some people see it and pursue it and help others to see it. (They are visionary leaders).

THE VISIONARY LEADER PART 1

There is no greater need today in the church than that of visionary leaders. this is because vision takes a church beyond the maintenance level. In the church, everything is propelled and energized by vision.

DEFINITION
Visionary
The Advanced learners Dictionary defines visionary as the ability to think about or plan the future with great imagination and intelligence.

VISION
The same dictionary defines vision as an idea or a picture in your imagination or the ability to think or plan the future with great imagination.
Webster dictionary states that vision is something supposedly seen by others than normal sight. something perceived in a dream, trance, etc or supernaturally revealed, as to a prophet.

LEADER
A leader is someone who knows the right way to go, goes that way himself, and then shows others. Phil Pringle said leaders actually conceive realities within themselves before the events have happened. A visionary leader is to some extent a prophet with a message. He sees things that others have not seen. He preaches it until others can do it. this is because leadership is influence. it is the ability to influence others to follow by making them understand where he, the leader, is going to.
